The mission of the Tinker Foundation
is to promote the development of an equitable, sustainable
and productive society in Latin America
and to enhance understanding in the U.S. of Latin America
and how U.S. policies may impact the region.

After 45 years, Renate Rennie will retire from the Tinker Foundation at the end of 2017. Over her tenure, she served in a number of roles, mostly recently as President of the Foundation.  Her acquired knowledge, thoughtful counsel, and steady guidance will be missed.  She, however, will not miss the daily commute into the city.
