Project Goals:

Now in its seventh year, the Americas Quarterly provides critical analysis and a fresh perspective on key issues facing the hemisphere. As the only policy and scholarly journal dedicated to the Americas, the Quarterly has established itself as a balanced, authoritative and accessible publication that informs, enriches and diversifies the public discourse on the Western Hemisphere.

This grant supports the Americas Quarterly to provide a platform for diverse ideas, innovations and research; deepen policy analysis and debate; foster discussion of public-private solutions that promote innovative policies, actions and business practices; and engage and link a new generation of business, political and civic leaders throughout the Americas in positive dialogue and the search for solutions to prevailing social, political and economic challenges. The two-year grant from the Tinker Foundation will support eight issues of the Quarterly and the journal's online platform comprising print and multimedia content.
