Board of Directors: Richard de J. Osborne

Richard de J. Osborne previously served as the Chairman and CEO of ASARCO Incorporated, a mining company with holdings throughout Latin America. Mr. Osborne worked for Cuno Engineering Corporation, IBM and Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corporation before joining Asarco. He has served on the boards of many major global corporations, including Schering Plough Corporation, Southern Peru Copper Corporation, MIM Holdings, Ltd., and Grupo Mexico S.A. de C.V. He was the recipient of The American Mining Hall of Fame award in 1996, named Copper Man of the Year by The Copper Club in 1997, and awarded the National Mining Association’s Distinguished Service Award in 1999. Mr. Osborne is currently Chairman of the Board of Datawatch Corporation and sits on the board of the NACCO Industries and the Americas Society. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Economic Club of New York.
