Project Goals: 

To improve U.S.-Cuba relations. This grant supports the efforts of the organization to distribute briefing materials that emphasize both the existence of presidential prerogatives regarding Cuba and how they may be used to provide a foundation for a negotiated normalization of relations between the U.S. and Cuba. Another focus is the creation of policy formulations for the Obama administration and organized conferences that highlight specific policy options, such as U.S.-Cuba cooperation on protection of a shared marine environment.
