Project Goals: 

To promote reforms that improve the transparency, independence and efficiency of the Argentine judiciary. This includes efforts to track the implications of recent federal supreme court rulings and to assess the roles of the Judicial Council and Ministry of Justice in the selection and impeachment of judges. The Asociacion will disseminate its reform proposals to relevant policy makers, and will monitor implementation of reforms in provincial supreme courts.
